In March 2022, Starbucks exited the Russian market, transferring its locations and equipment to local restaurateurs.
Based on this existing infrastructure, a new brand — Stars Coffee — was launched.

After the initial brand was developed, I joined the team as an art director to work alongside the brand manager.

My role was to define visual rules and build a system that would allow the brand to grow independently and stay consistent across all materials.
Brand System
I developed a set of visual guidelines that defined how the brand communicates through design.

These rules made it easier to create marketing campaigns, adapt visuals, and maintain consistency across different formats.

The brand continues to operate today and has grown into a recognizable coffee chain, recently celebrating its third anniversary.
